Not all of these movements, boycotts, or efforts are automatically endorsed by RFAN, but it’s central to our mission to support in solidarity all genuine left-wing actions. This list includes ongoing and relevant boycotts to our platform.

List of Upcoming Protest Events
50501 Movement – Nationwide Grassroots Protests 🧑🤝🧑
Description: Starting with the mass mobilization behind the Hands Off Protests on April 5th, 2025, 50501 and other organizers are continuing launching coordinated nationwide protests demanding the impeachment and removal of Donald Trump from office, and upholding the United States’ Constitution. This movement is very large, with hundreds of protests being simultaneously organized by grassroots organizers nationwide.

Economic Blackout 🏴
Description: A series of current boycotts against income inequality, corporate greed, rising prices, and the Donald Trump Administration. This movement was kicked off by John Schwarz, the founder of The People’s Union USA. More information about the movement is available here.

The Targetfast Movement ⛪
Description: In response to Target’s rollback of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, Atlanta-based pastor Reverend Jamal Bryant organized the 40-Day Target Fast. The main issues the boycott demands is Target honoring it’s original 2 billion dollar pledge to the black business community and to completely restore the franchise’s commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion. After Target did not respond at the end of the 40 day fast, the movement has evolved to become an ongoing boycott calling for the resignation of Target’s CEO.
The impact of this movement has caused Target’s stock price to drop by 57%, losing the company over $2 billion in valuation. Since January, the company has lost $4 billion in revenue, and its foot traffic continues to drop.
