We believe in creating a class-conscious movement capable of inducing change through actions members can do individually and collectively.

Creating change means changing behavior and operating with solidarity. Inducing change can only be done with actively resisting and working against society’s frameworks against the working classes. The success of our Action Network is tied to the membership all upholding our platform in our daily lives.

To explain how we implement the platform, we use four main strategies to base effective action on, as action in any one of these areas results in measurable real-world impacts. The effectiveness of any action we endorse or advocate for must meet these as a requirement, having one or more of these core strategies multiplies the action’s impact:

1. Resistance through Dollars💰

  • We will withhold our dollars from people, businesses, and corporations that uphold and support American fascism and economic inequality. We will educate on and communicate strategies to induce economic pressure against fascism.

2. Resistance through Information 📖

  • We will educate and fortify information to combat disinformation efforts, inducing logic pressure against fascism.

3. Resistance through Support ✍️

  • We will identify, rally for, and support progressive representation in all election cycles to induce political pressure against fascism.

4. Resistance in Numbers 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

  • We will develop a network of allies and resources to support one another and to broadly conduct organized action to induce cultural pressure against fascism.

Tangible examples of practicing these strategies:

  • Purchasing locally and in support of brands that help communities and workers, while also withholding dollars as much as is reasonable from businesses that extract wealth from communities and siphon it to anti-working class causes or people.
  • Supporting, engaging, and contributing to open-source work and federated internet platforms, limiting your own data from being mined and profited from by major platforms and advertisers.
  • Learning logic, evolving academically, and researching critically to deeply understand politics and sociology. There is nothing in society void of politics, having a larger understanding of the world is inherently radical. Being educated is revolutionary.
  • Getting involved in politics locally by staying up to date on what’s going on in your town, city, county, and state, getting involved as much as you reasonably can. Such as voting in every election, understanding who’s on the ballot, educating others about different issues, attending town halls, and volunteering for or donating to progressive candidates.
  • Supporting friends, family, and allies through mutual aid in response to right-wing systemic extremism whenever you’re able. The exchange of resources and services to help each other can create security for our communities and people experiencing hardship or persecution. We judge the health of our communities by our least advantaged.

Recruiting progressives and left-wing allies to join our movement will exponentially expand our impact.

Getting people to the cause is just as important as performing any of the above actions, and gives our platform larger, more directed, and more impactful capabilities in exerting resistance against fascism. Small individual actions impact the world in a plethora of positive ways, but joint action with hundreds or thousands of Rebel Federation members could create world-changing disruption that could destabilize right-wing fascism globally.

Other core policy advocacy:

We aim to develop an entire platform of positions on various issues, we will do that together as a community overtime. But two stand out issues that affect all other issues should be immediately highlighted as the central focus of our platform.

  • Working against fascism and right-wing ideology is heavily associated with working against capital, late-stage capitalism is responsible for massive income inequality within and outside the United States. This central issue is stripping our generation of a future, economically, environmentally, and socially.
  • Late-stage capitalism is also destroying the world’s environment through changing climate. Climate change poses an existential threat to humanity and all of Earth’s ecosystems.
